As the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, driving growth, and ensuring our venues remain at the forefront of the industry.


As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for a wide variety of marketing activities, including but not limited to: 


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Sandlewood Manor and Chateau Nouvelle, targeting both local and national markets

  • Experience understanding performance reporting, analyzing data, and optimizing campaign and social media performance

  • Utilize performance reporting and data analysis tools to optimize marketing campaigns, leveraging platforms such as Google Ads and META Ad Manager to maximize ROI

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust advertising budgets as needed

  • Create marketing materials and company SWAG 

  • Create compelling content and campaigns across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), engaging our audience, growing our platforms and driving brand awareness

  • Management of website SEO and metrics, to ensure competitive search engine positioning and increased site traffic  

  • Collect and analyze social media data to identify market trends, user preferences, and opportunities for optimization of platforms to promote growth and reach

  • Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards

  • Manage the venues' websites, utilizing Wix for design and optimization

  • Build, maintain and grow relationships with key vendors and wedding industry partners

  • Support event planning and execution, creating marketing and promotional items to enhance brand/event visibility and engagement

  • Coordinate mass email campaigns, event promotions, and member communications, driving engagement and retention

  • Identify strategic marketing partners and opportunities, fostering collaborative relationships to amplify our brand reach

  • Assist in the development and fulfillment of donors for our non-profit ministry, leveraging marketing strategies to support fundraising efforts


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry

  • Creative thinker with a proactive nature, able to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation

  • Skilled Content Creator

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Proficient in campaign creation and execution with Google Ads and META Ads 

  • Strong social media experience, with a proven track record of developing content strategies and managing campaigns across multiple platforms

  • Graphic design experience 

  • Proficiency in website design and management (Wix platform preferred)

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Flexibility to attend evening events and meetings outside of regular business hours as needed
