MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to lead the marketing efforts across our family of luxury lifestyle brands. This role centers around two premier wedding and event venues in the Houston area—Chateau Nouvelle and Sandlewood Manor—as well as extended ventures including Love for a Lifetime (a nonprofit marriage ministry), Festival of Trees (a multi-day Christmas extravaganza), Abundant Life Ministry (a business leaders retreat), and luxury vacation properties Blue Haven (Bahamas) and Hill Country Oasis (Texas wine country). JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and content that elevate brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive conversions across all platforms. You’ll oversee content creation, branding, digital marketing, social media, and event curation and promotion, while collaborating closely with internal teams, vendors, and creative partners.

 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and is excited by the challenge of balancing luxury marketing with nonprofit messaging and seasonal campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  Brand Strategy

  • Develop and maintain brand identity and messaging across all brands.

  • Design and implement marketing funnels tailored to each venture’s goals.

  • Identify strategic partners and collaboration opportunities to expand reach.

​

  Ad Management

  • Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc).

  • Use performance reporting and data tools to improve ROI.

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust advertising budgets.

​

  Content Creation & Digital Marketing

  • Manage our in-house content team and oversee content calendars, captions, graphics, and grid planning.

  • Write blogs, email and SMS campaigns with SEO best practices.

  • Coordinate and execute professional content creation for marketing assets.

  • Test new platforms and formats to grow brand presence.

  • Collect and analyze social data to spot trends, refine content, and increase reach.

  Event Marketing

  • Create, promote, and support events (e.g., Love for a Lifetime Date Nights, Sangria Sundays, Vendor Showcases, Festival of Trees, Grand Openings, etc).

  • Design print and digital collateral: brochures, flyers, signage, sponsorship packets, and more.

  • Coordinate mass emails and member communications to drive engagement and retention.

  • Support event execution with on-brand materials that enhance visibility.

  • Lead podcast pre-/post-production and distribute episodes across all major platforms.

  Website & SEO Management

  • Create, maintain, and improve websites across all brands.

  • Optimize listings, metadata, internal links, and blog content for search visibility.

  • Use Semrush, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console for keyword research, technical audits, content gap analysis, backlink monitoring, and rank tracking.

  • Monitor competitors’ rankings, content strategies, and share-of-voice to keep our brands leading the market online.

  Creative Direction & Design Oversight

  • Lead design projects (logos, flyers, business cards, banners, pitch decks, folders, etc.).

  • Guide visual identity across print and digital.

  Vendor & Partnership Collaboration

  • Coordinate with photographers, planners, and various vendors for styled shoots and events.

  • Manage the preferred vendor list and processes to keep relationships strong.

  • Build, maintain, and grow key wedding-industry partnerships.

  Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance across social, web, and paid ads.

  • Define KPIs and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

  • Build SEO and growth dashboards using applications like Semrush, GA4, and GSC; report on rankings, visibility, CTR, conversions, and competitive benchmarks.

  • Maintain monthly data reports pertaining to ad spend, lead generation, tours, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (BBA in Marketing preferred).

  • Skilled content creator with experience in photography, videography, and podcasting.

  • 2+ years in marketing leadership or creative strategy.

  • Skilled content creator with a strong portfolio (branding, campaigns, creative work).

  • Proficient in social media management, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Wix.

  • Proven experience building strategies and managing campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads (creation and management).

  • Video editing proficiency preferred (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).

  • Working knowledge of Semrush, GA4, and Google Search Console with demonstrated SEO results and competitive research.

  • Strong grasp of luxury branding, customer journey, and SEO.

  • Self-starter with curiosity and the ability to learn new tools independently.

  • Able to manage multiple projects and brands at once.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams.

  • Flexible to attend evening and weekend events as needed.

  • Creative, proactive, and able to spot opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

  • Experience in weddings/events/hospitality is a strong plus.
