Chateau Nouvelle is seeking a dynamic, accomplished, and experienced Venue Director to join our team. As the Venue Director, you will play a crucial role in spearheading venue sales, overseeing the concierge team, and ensuring the seamless maintenance and management of our exquisite facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Venue Sales Leadership:

• ​Venue Sales Leadership

• Develop and execute effective strategies to drive venue sales

• Foster relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met

• Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets

 Concierge Team Oversight:

• ​Manage and mentor the concierge team to provide exceptional service

• Ensure smooth coordination of concierge services for events and guests

• Uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction

Facility Maintenance and Management: 

• ​Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the Chateau Nouvelle facility

• Implement efficient processes for facility management to ensure a pristine environment. 

• Address any operational issues promptly and effectively

 Inter-Departmental Collaboration: 

• ​Foster seamless collaboration with various teams and departments

• Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure the success of events 

• Work closely with other departments to enhance the overall Chateau Nouvelle experience

• Proven experience in venue sales and management

• Strong leadership and team management skills
